【环球网科技综合报道】据外媒报道，刘强东明州案当事女方对刘强东及京东方面发起了民事诉讼，要求索赔5万美元。今日，刘强东代理律师Jill Brisbois表示：“我们还没有研究过对方的诉状，目前不方便对一个正在进行的诉讼发表评论。此前明尼苏达州亨内平县检察官办公室对刘强东先生做出了不起诉的决定，我们坚信他是无辜的，我们强烈认为这个起诉是缺乏事实依据的，我们会坚决地为他辩护。”

We have not yet reviewed the complaint and are not going to comment on pending litigation, but based on the Hennepin County Attorney’s declination to charge a case against our client and our belief in his innocence, we feel strongly that this suit is without merit and will vigorously defend against it.
